My approach is to walk along side you and support you through whatever you have going on in life, because let's face it, life is hard, adulting is hard, and you don't need to do it alone. Through our one-on-one sessions we can work together to meet your identified goals and I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to listen and guide and support you to reach those goals.
