 I can provide a Super Bill to submit to your insurance company or your medical reimbursement program as an out of network provider

• Cigna/Evernorth

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy

All appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice and all missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
